Project Description

A new 2 storey office building for Capital Space, designed by local award winning architects, Richard Hopkinson Architects. Construction is due to commence late summer 2016.

The new building is located within the existing business centre site that consists of listed former sergeant’s mess buildings in this historic WW2 Air Force base. The modern facilities will include reception, common / break out space areas, fully serviced meeting rooms and attractive external seating areas.
