The existing Wandsworth Safestore was replaced with a modern new steel frame building, clad with brickwork and blue composite panels. Glazed curtain walling gives customers a view of the 3 floors of storage units fitted out on the mezzanine within.
The store was successfully opened ahead of programme on 26th August.
Appointed in a full turnkey role UC managed the design and construction of the new development utilising its consult and build divisions.
