Project Description

New Build and Refurbishment of a listed School to provide 399 bedrooms.

The original Causeway School was designed by the Architect William Smith and constructed between 1875 – 1876 and welcomed its first pupils in February 1876.

Causeway View will provide luxury student accommodation close to the university and city centre. The newly converted school retains many of its Victorian features and the overall scheme includes an on-site gym, communal and study areas. The scheme includes 399 modern bedrooms with en-suites and unique split-level studios together with a roof terrace with panoramic views across Aberdeen.

The scheme is currently under construction.
